He is concerned about us in a personal way. When I had a flareup in my gums and called in at 4 pm on a winter Friday during COVID, Dr. M went out of his way to help me and stayed in touch until my symptoms went away. Upon finding that my daughter (his patient of 20 plus years) herself had a 14 week old baby, he told me what to watch for when the baby teethed. These are examples of how Dr. M goes above and beyond his office practice to care for his patients. My family and I do not think that he treats us specially, so much as he treats all of his patients this way. I also note that he has a fine office staff, many of whom have been with him for years, to carry forward the same level of care and concern as Dr. M does."
